If you're looking for someone who can stick to deadlines and consistently put out quality work while juggling multiple projects, that's me. And if you want a few laughs along the way, I'm 100% there for it. Life is too short to be boring.
I studied graphic design and advertising in college, and since graduating from Northwest Missouri State University (go Bearcats!) with a Bachelor of Science in 2007, I have worked in marketing and communications. I've always known art/design is where my heart is. When people ask what I'll be doing in five years, I'm serious when I say that I can't imagine doing anything other than graphic design.
Currently, I'm the sole graphic designer at a local nonprofit, designing nearly everything that hits the presses for my organization. There's no presentation too big, no report too tedious, no social media graphic too small not to consider how it reflects your brand! I describe myself a purposeful designer who takes all aspects of a project into consideration to come up with meaningful and creative solutions to convey an idea or message. I love a challenge and thrive in both individual and collaborative projects.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two kids, game nights with friends, trying out new restaurants and microbreweries, and laughing as much as possible.
